Management Requirement:
To efficiently utilize MATRIZ Official’s resources for the successful development of Chinese market and promoting TRIZ in the region, the organization of Level 2 and Level 3 certification trainings, special topic seminars, and Level 4 preparation programs for the years 2025 and 2026 (a full two-year period) are exclusively authorized to
Ms. Claire Han (Nan Han), Vice President for China.
All activities conducted by MATRIZ Official within the People's Republic of China must be managed by Ms. Claire Han
Scope of MATRIZ Official activities in China encompasses:
- Training programs & certification: Managing and overseeing all MATRIZ Official-related training programs to ensure alignment with MATRIZ Official's standards and policies. If someone or some organization offers certification training on behalf of MATRIZ Official at the lower cost than established by Ms. Claire Han, the accreditation of the certifying person will be revoked.
- Managing applications for Level 4 & 5 certifications. It means that Ms. Han must be informed if someone from China applied for Level 4 or 5. Then, she will be able to share her opinion with TMCC members and the president.
- Nomination processes: Nominating TRIZ Champions, Board Members, and other key personnel.
- Appointment of Local Entities: Managing appointments and overseeing operations of local staff, directors, managers, certification centers, training centers, and affiliated organizations.
- Hosting TRIZ Conferences.
- Implementation of projects: Publishing books, organizing online/offline TRIZ events, etc.
Furthermore, Ms. Han holds the authority to tackle specific challenges and issues arising in the Chinese market, specifically addressing unethical practices such as low-price competition or certification irregularities through audits and approval processes ensuring adherence to MATRIZ Official's regulations, mission, and values.
Prior notification shall be given to Ms. Han concerning planned events of MATRIZ Official in China along with sharing her opinions/recommendations with the Board of MATRIZ Official prior to their execution.
In parallel, Ms. Han intends to arrange additional initiatives aimed at increasing awareness and promoting adoption of TRIZ methodologies across the region. These could involve media engagements featuring TRIZ experts, organizing webinars/forums/conferences, publication projects among others.
